BUS TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund will be given only if the bus trip captain is notified AND at least one of the following conditions applies:
1. You give notice of cancellation at least 10 days prior to trip departure (to trip captain).
2. A replacement is found. Trip captains assign replacements based on waiting list order.
3. The trip is cancelled by the club.
Trip captains do NOT make decisions on refunds. Refund requests must be mailed to the Board in writing (CJSC, PO Box 45, Matawan NJ 07747) for consideration.
