Sat, May 4th - Bike and BBQ. * Kentucky Derby
Meet up at Rich Nixon’s house located at 512 Union Lane in Brielle. Bike ride starts at 12PM and goes through the local area. It's about 20 miles and mostly flat. Contact JoAnn Schumacher (848-459-2698) for
details. BBQ starts at 4PM. Burgers, hot dogs, beer, wine and soft drinks will be provided at no charge. If you wish to bring a dish to share and enjoy, please do so. We'll be watching the Preakness as well.

Wed, May 22th- Golf Outing - Meet 4PM
Come join the CJSC for a friendly round of golf. We’ll be playing the Executive Par 3 course. The holes are from 85 to 170 yards so even those new to the sport should have fun. We’ll be doing 9 holes $15 For more info here’s the website for the course: http://belairegolfcourse.com.

Sat June 1st Kayak trip. Save the Date
This year we are doing a different trip in western NJ on the Rancocas River that will be an out and back paddle (back will be with current). We will meet at FROG 201 Hanover St (NJ616), Pemberton Boro, NJ at 9:30am Google maps for direction https://www.frogrentscanoeskayaks.com
Rental cost is $58 per kayak (includes all equipment, tax, club donation and tips) or $13 to bring your own boat (club donation and tips). CJSC SOCIAL OUTING ON THE NAVESINK RIVER
Time to get your Sea legs back on The Navesink River boat cruise ! It’s called Anchor Jam !
This is a 2 ½ hour Adult (only) ride to enjoy the sights & sounds of the music on board.
There is a cash bar, you can bring a sandwich but other food is purchased on the boat.
It has been completely renovated (www.classicboatrides.com) if you want to read up on it.
- Capt Dan will sail the Queen around Sandy Hook Bay with Carl Gentry supplying the music.

JERSEY SHORE BLUE CLAWS Come out to the Ballgame
When: Wednesday, August 28, 2024
Picnic Buffet begins at 6:05 PM and Game begins at 7:05 PM
Where: First Energy Park, 2 Stadium Way, Lakewood, NJ 08701
Cost: $30 includes 2-hour buffet and seating in the Picnic area of the stadium.
Details: We will enjoy a barbeque-type buffet (hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, assorted sides and soft drinks) in a designated Picnic area in the ballpark. The buffet begins at 6:05 PM and will be available for 2 hours. We’ll remain in the picnic area to watch the game. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase by a short walk outside of the picnic area.
We need a minimum of 25 members to reserve this event, so sign up early. Guests who are not members are welcome.
