️How do I reserve a night at the lodge?
*Each night requires a reservation, when checking out, check the "Invoice Me" so you can pay all Invoices together Online, or by mailing a check. If you do not check "Invoice Me" you will be promoted to pay for each night separately.

What’s a Lodge Flex Pack?
A Flex Pack is a pre-paid bundle of lodge nights available in tiers (4, 6, 8, 10, 12, up to 40 nights). The more nights you buy, the lower your effective nightly rate. Members choose the pack that best matches their expected usage.
*Early Bird (EB) Discounts (10%) are available to only Renewing Members. Early Bird Rates are Available May 1 - Aug 31.

What happens if I use all my Flex Pack nights?
Buy A Flex Pack 10 or greater, and you’ll get switch to a reduced Overage rate of $40/night.
We’ll notify you when you reach your limit. You can continue to stay at the reduced rate.
* Lodge Flex Packs 4 - 8 Nights are not eligible for Overage rate
Can I bring a guest?
Yes! Members may bring Adult guests for $65 per night. and Under 21: $25 per night. - When is the lodge open?

Can I cancel or change a reservation?
Yes — cancellations can be made online at least 24 hours in advance, and same day by contact Reservation Manager.
Website: To Cancel online go to your Profile, My Event Registrations, then click on the Status of the Reservation you want to cancel, and select Cancel Reservation
Mobile App: Goto My Tickets, find night you wish to cancel, select night, then choose Cancel

Q: Why did the club switch from Lodge Packs to Flex Packs? The Flex Pack model is more flexible, fair, and transparent. Instead of overbuying and losing unused nights, members choose exactly the number of nights they want to use — and only pay for what they need. It’s simpler for both members and admins.
Q: What if I don’t use all the nights in my Flex Pack? Flex Packs are designed to reflect your anticipated usage. Any unused nights will expire at the end of the season. For this reason, we recommend choosing a tier that matches your realistic plans.
Q: Can I roll over unused nights to next season? No. Flex Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable, and unused nights do not roll over. Because you can choose your pack size, rollovers are no longer necessary. This helps keep pricing simple and fair for everyone.
Q: Is there any exception for rollover nights? In very limited cases, such as a medical issues and/or other extenuating circumstances, members may be offered a full or partial rollover. This is not a standard policy and is only offered under specific medical and emergency conditions. You must contact the Board Secretary for special approval.
Q: What if I need more nights than I purchased? Nights that exceed your Flex pack will be billed at an "Overage rate" of $40 a night if you purchased a Lodge Flex Pack of 10 or greater.
Q: Can I still pay per night without a Flex Pack? Yes. Members who prefer not to pre-purchase can pay $55/night (or $65 for guests) on a per-visit basis. Flex Packs offer a discounted rate for those committing to 4+ nights.
Q: Where can I see my remaining nights? Your total nights purchased, , used, and remaining, will be tracked in your member profile. Any additional usage will be billed at the appropriate overage rate or standard nightly rate.
