    We are still hoping that some more people would like to help out with this year's pre-season lodge work weekend.

    It's that time of year again and we are looking for your help. We all had a great season skiing last season and utilizing the lodge. Now it's your turn to give back so that we can have a great time this coming season. We got  a lot of work done over the summer but there is still more to do to prep the lodge for the winter season and we are looking for volunteers. Will you help?

    Everyone that works on Saturday will get a credit of 2 nights lodging.

    Lodging, as with all work weekends, is no charge and food will be provided by the club.

    Reservation for Nights is still required.  Please select Work Weekend Night as Ticket Type

    Now booking individually. Tell me how you want your room and I will price your whole week: hotel, transfers, lift tickets, air and insurance, itemized in your own individual proposal before you pay anything. Book with friends and we will line your weeks up together.

    The ski town the crowds forgot. Seven nights at The Firebrand, a boutique hotel right in the heart of downtown Whitefish, with 3,000 acres of long groomers, glades and snow ghosts up at Whitefish Mountain Resort. It is not on Ikon or Epic, which is exactly why you will not find the lift lines those passes bring. Ski all day, soak in the rooftop hot tub at night, walk to dinner.

    What is built into your $990:
    • 7 nights at The Firebrand Hotel, downtown Whitefish (double occupancy)
    • Round-trip airport transfers, Glacier Park Intl (FCA) to the hotel, about 25 minutes
    • Skier shuttle to the mountain from the hotel door
    • Welcome reception, baggage handling and ski storage
    • All taxes and resort fees, already in the price

    Lift tickets, including a rare senior rate:

    Added to your package. Because Whitefish is not on Ikon or Epic, lift tickets are separate. That is the trade-off, and if you are 70 or over, look at that rate again. Rates are confirmed with the resort at booking.

    Airfare is additional. We can book your flights with the trip, figure around $900 round-trip, an estimate until your flights are booked. Prefer to use your own miles? Fly yourself into Glacier Park International and you will still ride the airport transfer.

    1. Tell us how you want your room, your lift ticket tier, and how you are getting to Montana. Nothing to pay, no card needed.
    2. We build your individual proposal: your actual pricing for hotel, transfers, lift tickets, air and insurance, itemized and spelled out.
    3. Say go and we book your week, with every step confirmed with you before any money moves.
